Taronga Western Plains Zoo is located in Dubbo, regional NSW, and is home to hundreds of animals from Australia and around the world.
Your flight departs Bankstown, Sydney Metro Airport at 9:00am in your groups’ own designated aircraft.
Heading over the magnificent Blue Mountains your journey will take you out to the Great Western Plains Region arriving at Dubbo Airport to commence your luxurious Zoofari adventure.
Your Zoofari Package includes two-day Zoo admission giving you the opportunity to explore the Zoo in your own time, following a 6km circuit that meanders through natural bushland and around large open style exhibits.
At Zoofari Lodge, you will stay in one of the Animal View lodges. These luxurious modern safari-style lodges feature African-inspired decor overlooking roaming Giraffes, Zebras, Ostrich and Antelope.
Once you are settled in, relax on your front deck and watch the animals of the African Savannah meander past! Go for a swim in the Guest House pool to cool off during the warmer months, order a cocktail or a house wine and unwind!
In the evening, look forward to an exclusive look behind the scenes! Learn all about the Zoo’s animals' history and habitats, and their future in the wild.
Expect an African inspired Banquet for dinner and whilst you retreat to your accommodation for the evening or wake in the morning do not be surprised to hear a Lion roar!
In the morning enjoying the serene beauty of sunrise, you will be taken behind-the-scenes to meet the Zoo’s rare and endangered species.
On return an African inspired breakfast awaits you at the stunning Guest House.
After check-out, feel free to explore the Zoo grounds on foot, or take advantage of the free cart or bicycle hire part of your Zoofari Lodge package.
At the end of your incredible Zoofari adventure, our aircraft will be waiting for you at Dubbo airport, where you will be dropped off into the comfort of your private plane back to Bankstown Airport.
